Gluten Free Oat and Raisin Cookies
There’s no need to feel left out if you are gluten-intolerant as our Gluten Free Oat and Raisin Cookies can be enjoyed by all!
All in All Gluten Free Cookie Mix 200g
Gluten Free Oats 50g
Raisins 50g (Tip: Soaking the raisins gives a boost to the texture and stops them from burning during cooking)
Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
Combine the All in All Gluten Free Cookie Mix, Butter & Egg until it forms a dough.
Mix in the Oats and Raisins until evenly through the mix.
Using a teaspoon, place small mounds, approx. 20g of the mixture well apart on the baking trays. For a rustic touch add come oats over the top of the cookies just before baking!
Bake in the oven for approx. 10-15mins until light brown on the edges and still slightly soft in the center.
Leave to cool on the baking tray, then transfer to a wire rack.
